According to the study, 69% of CEOs anticipate that AI will require new skills in their teams, a figure that rises to 87% among those who have already implemented this technology in their operations. Likewise, it is observed that the most in-demand skills are evolving at a rate 25% faster in AI-related occupations, emphasizing the need for constant adaptation by workers to remain relevant in the current labor market. In countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Singapore, salaries in AI-related jobs on average exceed those of other occupations by 25%. For example, in the U.S., this premium can range from 18% for accountants to 49% for lawyers, highlighting the added value of these skills in the current business environment. This technological revolution, similar to others in the past, is transforming the skills necessary for job success. Workers with AI training are more productive and valuable in the labor market, underscoring the importance of continuous training.
