The International Committee of the Red Cross revealed that their field hospital received 22 dead and 45 wounded, highlighting the severity of the situation. Dr. Marwan Al-Homs, the coordinator of the Red Cross field hospital, noted that a majority of the casualties were women and children, underscoring the disproportionate impact on vulnerable populations in times of conflict. The Red Cross also expressed alarm at the proximity of the projectiles to their office and residences, which were surrounded by displaced people living in tents.
